Create an endless variety of finishes with Istinto, from perfectly smooth surfaces to richly textured effects. Easy to work with and highly versatile, Istinto can be applied to achieve pitted, dragged, and travertine-inspired finishes, and can be further enriched with metallic washes or decorative waxes.

For optimal adhesion and a stable foundation, we recommend preparing the surface with Primus Naturale primer before applying Istinto. This ensures the ideal base for achieving a consistent and durable finish.

Istinto is supplied as a natural white base. To achieve your desired shade, simply combine it with one of our colour pigments. Choose from a palette of 210 carefully curated colours, allowing complete creative freedom and the creation of truly bespoke surfaces.

For enhanced depth, protection, and durability, finish Istinto with Cera del Vecchio. This natural wax intensifies colour, increases sheen, and improves water resistance. Alternatively, Gioia provides an acrylic protective finish with a refined decorative appearance.
