Cera d’Api
Cera d’Api is a premium beeswax finish developed specifically for Venetian plaster surfaces. Formulated to prevent spotting, it enhances the appearance of lime-based finishes while preserving their natural character.
Applied as a protective topcoat, Cera d’Api imparts a soft sheen and increases water resistance without compromising the breathability of the surface. It is suitable for use on all lime-based decorative finishes.
For textured surfaces such as Istinto, Spatula Stuhhi, and Muro Naturale, Cera d’Api enriches depth and creates a subtle, elegant lustre. On smooth finishes, it enhances shine and visual richness. In addition, it improves stain resistance and makes surfaces easier to maintain and clean.
Cera d’Api can be applied over existing waxed finishes without issue and is formulated without soap.
Cera del Vecchio
Cera del Vecchio is a traditional blend of soap and wax, inspired by age-old Venetian finishing techniques and developed specifically for polished plaster surfaces.
Applied as a finishing coat, Cera del Vecchio enhances the depth and character of the surface, creating the refined appearance of polished marble. At the same time, it improves water resistance and makes surfaces easier to maintain.
For textured finishes such as Istinto, Spatula Stuhhi, and Muro Naturale, Cera del Vecchio imparts a subtle, soft sheen that enriches texture and movement.
