Have you ever stood in front of a wall that truly tells a story?
My passion for wall finishes did not begin with the colour charts at a local DIY store. It began among the remnants of history: in Pompeii. As I walked through the ancient villas, I was captivated by the frescoes. Walls that still speak after two thousand years, vibrating with colour and possessing an unprecedented depth.
Amidst those ancient pigments and layers of lime, it dawned on me: a wall doesn’t have to be a cold partition. It can be a work of art. An atmosphere. A soul.
Why do I do what I do?
The Romans already knew it: the right texture and technique change the way we experience a space. Today, I translate that classic admiration to the walls of today.
